FAVORITE WATCH IN DECADES
How often do you purchase something that is BETTER than you anticipated, and that is because you were very familiar with the Brand, and excellent timepieces in general. Well, this beautiful watch was better than anticipated, which genuinely surprised me. I was very knowledgeable about Citizen watches, but I am soon to turn 72, and I had nevet before put on a watch an hour after receiving it and never taken it off since what? ...5 weeks ago?? love that it needs no batteries..nothing but occasional sunlight. THE FACE is 36 mm..an inch is 25 mm, to give you an idea. It is a large enough face to look contemporary, but not so large as to go out of style a a year or 2. The Bracelet is far better in person...the two tone works elegantly together, in almost a quiet way, since it isn't what ... It is stainless steel, and not real shiny..has an almost soft look to it,as if you were squinting your eyes and things were a bit out out focus causing the metals to almost blend together. This is accentuated by the way it drapes on the wrist...yes, drapes, like a fine silk jersey...no ugly angles. It feels wonderful to wear, very comfortable. I can read the date easily, and the should you be interested in seconds, that is easily read in the little circular dial above the 6. It is easy to read, even in dim light, and for a couple hours after dark you can still see the hands. It is waterproof to 100 M...should you want to go snorkeling at considerable depths. I swim daily in either the ocean or a pool and rinse off well ...watch too, afterwards. This watch works with Jean's and a tee, or capris or a black sheath. The wider band is great, it can look sporty, but also elegant. You see..it is the perfect watch. My first perfect watch was a Hamilton, next a Seiko Tank watch, next a link Movado...I believe this Citizen is my favorite...oh, and yes, it keeps perfect time as well..! Cannot imagine NOT having it on my wrist!

Beautiful, Unique Looking Highly Accurate Timepiece
Watch arrived in a timely manner (pun intended) after a slight hiccup. Although this is supposedly a woman's watch, I bought it for myself. I was a bit concerned the band might be too small, but I had to remove one of the large and one of the small links to achieve a proper fit! Although in the pictures the band and case appear to have a brushed, non-reflective finish, both are highly polished and very bright. Additionally, the rose tint is extremely subtle--under some lights it appears to be yellow gold. That said, the face is absolutely gorgeous!! Dazzlingly iridescent in certain lighting situations, champaign look in others. Extremely comfortable on the wrist. Factor in the 10 ATM water resistance in combination with perfect accuracy and you have a timepiece that is hard to beat ... Watch arrived in a timely manner (pun intended) after a slight hiccup.
